In the Look In box, choose User Templates in File System and select your template.This icon will open a Choose Forms window.Scroll down to Choose Form and select it.In the Choose commands from box, choose All commands.In the File Explorer window that opens, right click on OUTLOOK.EXE and choose Send To-> Desktop (create shortcut). Click the New Group button and then the Rename button to name it. Right click on it and choose: Open file location.Unpin it when you don’t need it there anymore. Just right-click the folder and select Pin to Quick access. When you want to file or folder content quickly in Windows 11, you can pin it to Quick access so it’s at your fingertip when you need it again. Select All Commands from the drop-down list. By default, File Explorer opens to Quick Access. An Excel Options dialog box should pop up. To do this: Right-click on any of the existing icons you see in the ribbon or toolbar. You can add a shortcut on the Home ribbon, to open the template folder (not directly to a template). You have to add the ‘form’ option to the Excel sheet ribbon. Click the quick step item name to open the template. It will now appear in the Quick Step section. From the Shortcut Key drop-down box, select a predefined shortcut, if required. ![]()
